An all-purpose medium pressure hose suitable for many hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Compatible with hydraulic oils,
grease, fuel oils, mineral oils and most phosphate esters
For water and water-based hydraulic fluids, temperature is limited to 70oC
This hose is also suitable for many industrial gases, e.g. Heliox (max.25% O2
), Argon, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Helium and
Air. Refer to BS6596 for recommended factors of safety.
SAE 100R7 has a pin-pricked cover
Applications: General Hydraulics, Mechanical Handling, Construction Equipment, Gas Applications, Machine Tools

Construction: Comprises of an unplasticised polyester elastomer tube reinforced with a single braid of polyester fibre, and
a black polyurethane outer cover.
Performance:
– Min/Max continuous service temperature range -40oC to 100oC
(water and water-based fluids limited to 70oC)
– Low ID to OD ratios, slim and lightweight
– First-rate stability – change in length better than +/- 3%
– Excellent flexibility and flex fatigue resistance throughout temperature range.
